This group of luxury real estate agents wanted a digital experience that built on their association with Sotheby’s International Realty and showcased their expertise in the Washington, DC area. Work included content strategy, copywriting and editing.


KOA health

We oversee all in-app, marketing and training content for Mindset, a clinical behavioral therapy-based program for depression. Work includes writing content with a team of clinicians; collaborating with research, design, development and product to ensure best UX, implement new features and complete pre-launch testing; and writing copy and scripts for in-app animations and recordings.

Our work with this leading AI companion app included writing scripted content for users facing mental health-related challenges and mindfulness exercises.


Wailea Beach Resort

We love any opportunity to collaborate with the film and photography firm Iris and Light and were happy to work with them on this video for the Wailea Beach Resort. The client wanted to welcome guests back post-COVID with an uplifting video highlighting the property’s connection to the ocean and local culture.

This band came to Peddler seeking copy that captured its essence and explained clearly the specialty services it offers. This project included content strategy, writing and editing. 


MARRIOTT APP

In leading the copy efforts for the Marriott App, we developed the voice and tone; wrote for main in-stay features including check-in/-out, Mobile Key, Chat and service requests; managed translations; developed processes; trained other writers and worked within an agile environment. We can craft copy that is concise, informational, actionable and in voice all while keeping the user journey and experience in mind.

We were thrilled to collaborate once again with Iris and Light on this video project for the San Francisco Marriott Marquis. The client wanted to capture the welcoming, open spirit and human element of both the city and the hotel. This project included copywriting and editing. 


DORADO BEACH, A RITZ-CARLTON RESERVE

This months-long project focused on redefining the online presence for the Ritz-Carlton Reserve, starting with its hotel websites. Storytelling was at the root of the redesign, and the result was a refined digital experience that entices with beautifully written copy and striking imagery. This project included content strategy, site mapping, an onsite immersion, extensive interviews, brand voice development, copywriting and editing.

We love to travel and we love to write. This opportunity allowed us to do both. Based on one our first visits to Barcelona, this article pairs recommendations from a hotel expert with our own finds. The project included interviews, research, writing, editing and photography.

ARIZONA OFFICE OF TOURISM

Writing for the tourism market is about enticing visitors to a destination by highlighting points of interests that appeal specifically to their needs. For the Arizona Office of Tourism, we’ve written several roundup-style stories showcasing food markets, shopping in Flagstaff and this story about the state’s best spas. This project included copywriting.


STARR INSURE

For this project, we were provided with key talking points about small business insurance and asked to create copy that explained what it is, why it’s needed and how to sign up. For clients like these, we are tasked with taking information that might be complicated to a general audience and making it easy to understand. This project included copywriting.
